I also used an old belt and measured my girth directly above my navel. Together with the weight scale, this is great motivation. Some of the other portions seem to be too much for me. Do you have a way to log these meals into Fitbit or Fitness Pal without having to look up each of the items individually and log? Day 1 and the breakfast green smoothie was horrible had to hold my breath to drink what I could of it! How about protein powder with coconut milk instead of the greek yogurt — that ruined it for me.
