I started these at and have actually been fluctuating between since taking them. I do not recommend. Had increase heart rate and high blood pressure I feel really wired and a little discomfort here and there in my chest. Is this normal and do side effects wear off after so long? Phentermine is what is helping me eat less and lose weight. No side effects. If anything I think the effect is starting to wear off already. I can say I am not hungry, did get a slight headache which I took IB for. I do feel high as a kite though. I wouldn't say I have tons of energy but definitely feel high.
