MAV gets to us because it adversely affects our balance system which in bipeds particularly is a very fundamental part of our being. There are far worse side effects that mean some plp are unable to take meds at all. Better to get the MAV under control first. Once you have done that, and it will take some time, you should be able to move about much more and much more comfortably and be able to start exercise regime etc to sort the access lbs!
