I usually jump rope to warm up, it really gets my blood flowing. I also use multiple exercises and alternate between them. I really listen to my body and see how I feel. I usually due Brazilian jiu Jitsu in the morning and have found it difficult to get through the day. I go to Brazilian jiu jitsu fasted and will wait to eat til early afternoon. Should I be eating right after? Will it make me feel better eating after jiu jitsu? Will I still get results?
