I want to lose weight so I find exercise easier, and more enjoyable, and to increase my confidence to try new activities that my weight currently prohibits.

I really like the detail on slimmingworldsurvival. There is a lot of information and shopping lists on SW friendly foods and their syn values from UK supermarkets. Super helpful! There are sections for vegetarians, vegans, lactose intolerant types such as myself and for those who need to eat gluten free. The recipes look good too. This is a really useful website run by Emma, who created the blog to keep herself on track whilst she lost 20 lb.
I love just throwing food in the slow cooker in the morning and coming home to delicious smells wafting from the kitchen.

Pip, who writes the blog, says she is primarily concerned with health eating, although all of her recipes are SW friendly. She has obviously experimented a bit as she also includes information about Weight Watchers and the diet.
