Im a carb lover so changes needed and now. Thank you. Im learning. I have been doing keto diet for about 3 months. I have lost 23 lbs, got through Thanksgiving and Christmas without any problems. I am a diabetic on a insulin pump and my blood sugar is doin terrific. I have been able to reduce my basil rates at each time that is set in my pump for it to change. I am so happy! I have 2 more lbs to go before I hit my goal. These last lbs seem to be coming off slower but I plan to continue this plan the rest of my life. Thank you for all the help you give! Do you have an app recommendation ios to monitor the carbs, meals, weight, etc..?

Thank you for the info! Trying to do keto! Learning so much! Hang in there. My biggest challenges on keto are watching portion sizes and optimizing daily macros. I like the keto, but I do not eat bacon or other pork products. It seems to be working, 40 lbs since may, but what can I do to add some zip to it without too many desserts. But I miss chocolate. Any advice? I like to whip up a quick keto mug brownie when I have a chocolate craving.

I can go for days straight staying on 20g carbs but after that I fall off the wagon. Is there a weekly meal plan I can follow? Please help!
