I had a bit of a chocolate binge the other night half Easter egg and I am due.. I know this plan is so good, my friends are doing great on it and I just feel like its so much harder for me!!
And with the muscle more than fat part.. I don't look like I have lost any!

Do you eat lots of speed and super speed foods as well as the superfree? I try.. Melon raspberries and strawberries I eat loads of them! I'm thinking I eat too much? It sounds like what you're eating is good - as long as you are eating to satisfy your appetite and not just because its there then you won't be eating too much.
Are you having your Healthy Extra's? If you are vegetarian you can follow the green plan which means you have 2As and 2Bs. Yeah is period week sorry thanks so I will expect a maintain or gain later if I loose it's a bonus thanks for the replies. It doesn't affect me at all but I know almost every other lady in group it does.
