Unfortunately, the fun has already worn off, I know which drinks I like and look forward too and which ones I am going to suffer through. I had a headache pretty much all day and was irritable to say the least. I made sleep a big priority during the cleanse getting at least 8 hours a night and my energy levels are sky high. My colleagues have started stopping me to comment on my complexion.
My skin is noticeably glowing and the whites of my eyes are bright. I trudged through the final six juices with the finish line in sight and I have to say I will be glad when this is over. Overall, I lost 3kgs in three days, pretty impressive but to be honest I think it will probably just pile back on now I am back onto solids. Feeling positive and ready to start another 28 days!

I was able to begin exercising after 2 months. At first, I was only able to work on the elliptical for about 20 minutes, 3 times a week. I have been able to add strength training and other forms of cardio exercise and am now able to do vigorous exercise for an hour 5 — 6 times a week. What was the toughest part about the Reboot experience? The toughest part was the planning. I am a person who likes to be prepared and I found that it required more time and money to do the shopping.
The juicing itself was really not very difficult. Now, I feel like I am eating in a way that I can maintain for the rest of my life.
