Thanks for the recipe! My brother and I are starting this tomorrow…we have turned it into a challenge. If you put the premade salads in a jar and wrap jar in tin foil away from the frig light I got salad to last a month. Try it. Before you start the meal plan, make a pot of the Veggie Soup. And if you really want to get ahead, you could also grill the chicken breasts and cook the quinoa and brown rice in advance. Lunch: 2 cups Veggie Soup.

Chop the carrots and broccoli and steam until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes for the carrots, 3 minutes for the broccoli. Drizzle everything with the teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Notes: Chop the sweet potatoes and halve the Brussels sprouts, and place on a sheet pan. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
Brush the chicken with 1 teaspoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat until marked and no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Is it necessary to use Greek yogurt? If yes, why, what is so different or better in Greek than regular yogurt? I am used to have hot meals at lunchtime and cold at diner eg salads and cheese platter What happens if I permanently swap the menus eg diner for lunch and lunch for diner? Thanks for any response. Greek yoghurt is thicker, so will affect the texture and liquidity of your smoothie if you use the ordinary stuff. For my money, the Greek tastes better, but I make my own, anyway.

Its just too hot for soup! Ohhhhh why do you put weird things in it like black beans? Surely diets can also be straight forward. Its a pity that there are so many things on the list that I think are truly awful — kale, yogurt, Brussels sprouts, hummus, turkey, black beans, cauliflower, tzatziki, blueberries etc.
They provide a general guide for normal palates. Or write up a plan for other picky eaters like yourself! And if you rely on junky snack foods in place of these perfectly healthy AND flavorful options, nobody can help you but yourself. I agree with you Tim…I would love to do this meal plan but to many things on it I truly do not like.
